- Eligibility: The Acclaim All-Stars voting is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) are 16 years of age or older, (b) are not employees or immediate family members of the poll organizer, and (c) have access to a valid email address
- Voting: Each individual may only vote once in for up to three (3) different artists. Any attempt to vote more than once or use of an invalid email address will result in said vote being voided. Acclaim reserves the right to disqualify any vote that it believes was made in violation of these terms and conditions.
- Validity of Votes: All votes must be made in good faith and reflect the individual’s genuine opinion. Any attempt to manipulate the results of the poll, including but not limited to the use of bots, automated voting tools, or other fraudulent means, will result in disqualification.
- Results: The results of the poll will be announced on a date specified by the poll organizer. The results will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the poll.
- Privacy: The personal information of voters will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. By submitting your email address, you agree to receive occasional emails from Acclaim. These emails may include information about the voting results and other relevant information. We will never share or sell your email address to third parties for marketing purposes. If at any time you wish to stop receiving emails from us, you may unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email. Please note that by participating in the poll and submitting your email address, you are agreeing to the terms of this privacy policy.
- Limitation of Liability: Acclaim accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered as a result of participation in the poll. By participating in the poll, individuals agree to release the poll organizer from any liability whatsoever arising from their participation in the poll.
- Modification: The poll organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any such modifications will be communicated to voters through the website or by other means deemed appropriate by the poll organizer.
By voting in the Acclaim All-Stars, individuals agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
